Thank you for choosing Luna & Threads for your personalized products. As a company based in the USA, we adhere to specific guidelines to ensure the highest quality and accuracy in our products. It is important to us that monograms are ordered correctly, as incorrect orders can reflect poorly on both our company and our valued customers.

To avoid any confusion and ensure that your order is perfect, please follow the standard monogram format: First Name · Last Name · Middle Name.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Turnaround time is the time it takes to make your order from the day it is placed. It is calculated in business days, which means Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count. Our current turnaround time is 10–12 business days.

You can always find our current turnaround time at the top of our website or on our Instagram homepage — or email us at contact@lunaandthreads.com and we’ll respond within 24 hours.

Yes. Choose a Rush option at checkout and your piece is embroidered and shipped within 4 business days instead of the usual 10–12.

Two rush options are available at checkout:

• Rush — made in 4 business days, then 5–8 business days delivery
• Rush + Express — made in 4 business days, then 2–3 business days delivery

Rush covers how quickly we make your piece. Delivery time is added on top.

In the rare occasion that your item sells out after you have purchased it and the turnaround time has expired, Luna & Threads will notify you and allow you to exchange to a different style at the same price.

We ship with USPS. Shipping time is separate from make time, so please allow for both. Every option at checkout states its make time and its delivery time:

• Standard — made in 10–12 business days, then 5–8 business days delivery (free on orders $125+)
• Express — made in 10–12 business days, then 2–3 business days delivery
• Rush — made in 4 business days, then 5–8 business days delivery
• Rush + Express — made in 4 business days, then 2–3 business days delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

We are so sorry! Although extremely unlikely, please give it a few days and ask your neighbors — sometimes carriers make delivery mistakes. If there’s still no package, please contact the carrier for help.

Luna & Threads is not liable for any missing packages or unforeseen issues caused by the carrier or at the destination, and we are unable to issue returns on lost or damaged packages.

Because every item is personalized and made to order, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations of any items.

No — once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled. As soon as an order is placed it goes into design, is removed from inventory, and enters our production process. To go through with your order you must accept and agree to these terms and conditions at checkout.
